WHO WE ARE
"The auction roots run deep in our family owned and operated business. Going back three generations, both my grandfather, Curt Carlson, and Judd's grandfather, Jim Suckla, were auctioneers, as shown in the sale bill from 1956 where the two auctioned together. Jim Suckla's oldest son, Jimmy Gene, became the next auctioneer in the family. He was the founder of Suckla Auction's. The next generation raised three auctioneer grandsons for Jim, one being my late husband, Judd. Judd and I have two sons, Chase and Tanner, who have been raised in the business. I have hopes that my sons will also continue this long line of auctioneers. It's in our blood." -Kara Suckla
That being said, with this long line of auction family history comes years of experience and a passion for the auction business. TESTIMONIALS
When a beloved family member recently passed away I began my role as executor of his estate. I soon realized two problems. One, I live out-of-state. Two, he had assets, including vehicles, boats, trailers, farm equipment and sporting goods scattered all over Montezuma County. Luckily I connected with Suckla Auctions. Suckla helped inventory, collect and preserve the assets. Their auction resulted in the estate's heirs receiving top dollar for items. I can't speak highly enough of Suckla's professionalism and courtesy throughout this process. You can't go wrong with Suckla Auctions.
